Training Goals:
The primary purpose is to prepare the District Secretaries and Treasurers with the tools and information they need to be successful. A Key part of the training must be a detailed definition of their duties. A copy of the District Secretaries and Treasurers Job Description should have been given to each individual at the time they agreed to accept the position. This training opportunity is to assure that each item is understood and to allow the District Secretaries and Treasurers an opportunity to discuss their duties. The District Governor should present this the duties component or at least be present to answer questions and add definition where needed. In Addition the District Secretaries and Treasurers should be prepared with other tools and information to help them be successful in their very important role.
